Classic Cardinal is a traditionally pieced quilt block pattern by Tiffany Horn of Village Bound Quilts. This pattern assumes that the quilter has basic knowledge of quilt piecing, including a scant 1/4” seam allowance. Instructions are for making a single block finishing at 12” square.
